I fell in love with yoga the second I began practicing in August of 2015  . In my past, I have always been active with playing softball, volleyball, and golf. I enjoy yoga so much because it creates a feeling in my body where I can find myself and exercise at my own pace. One of the many benefits is finding my inner peace when I practice. There is an energy that I grab hold of that keeps me calm and peaceful. Yoga lets me release all the stress that builds up within my body.  As a result, my mind is much clearer.

My brand, MMM Yoga, has been gaining traction on Instagram due to the challenges that I have taken part in.  I have seen success through winning challenges and I am extremely grateful because through yoga, I have been able to inspire others to incorporate the art into their lives.  To show them how much it can help their mind, body, and soul. By 2017, I will be hosting my own challenges so that others may share in the same passion as me.
